Sponsorships

Skaters looking for a sponsor? First off getting sponsored isn't for
everyone. In fact only 1% of skaters get sponsored. It takes a lot of hard work and
dedication. Before you even think about getting sponsored by us make sure you can
handle the following...

You have to be willing to hit the road and travel. If you just want to rip your
home town then maybe the flow team is for you .
You have to be able to do the latest tricks and rip any spot you go to.
Enter contests and do well in them. You don't have to enter every contest,
but you have to be willing to do it and like we said before do well in them.
Be cool to others skaters. If you rip and are an arrogant prick no one will be stoked
on you or on Beer City and that defeats the whole purpose of a company sponsoring you.
Get out and do stuff and don't just sit and chill all day.
Having a video camera and being able to film yourself is a must!
Be into Beer City. We don't want people that just are looking to be sponsored by
any one that will take them. You have to be into our products and what were about.
How good do you have to be? Check out one of the clips of our riders. If you're as
good as them, you may want to send a video. If you're not, you shouldn't bother.
So if you have done all this, get in touch with us. If not don't bother. We don't want to
sound harsh, but you will just be wasting your time and ours.
Remember skating is for fun and you can have plenty of fun if you are sponsored,
but being sponsored takes a lot of hard work. Hard work to get sponsored and hard
work to stay sponsored. If you do send a video and want to get it back make sure to
send $2 for return postage. Otherwise we won't return it. Good luck.

Do You have a flow team?

Yeah we do ,but you know what you have to rip as hard as our ams to get on it.
Our flow team is for people who rip but can't go on tours or travel. Send us a video
and tell us your situation if your good enough we might just put you on.

Why dont you make old school decks
with square tails anymore?

We did for awhile but most of the people that bought them did cause they were
looking for a deck similiar to the one they rode in the 70's or 80's. Nowadays you
can get almost any deck ever made. So with that we just dont sell enough anymore
to warrant making them.

Zines: Want us to advertise in your zine?

You must first send us a copy of you zine for consideration. Don't email us your ad
rates or a description of your zine. Just send us your zine, with the ad rates and we
will get back to you if we are interested.
